Kraken credentials

QuietTotal uses API credentials created by the user for their Kraken account. Users should enable only Funds → Query Funds. Saved API credentials are stored locally in the iOS Keychain.

Account data

QuietTotal retrieves account balance information directly from Kraken and uses Kraken public market data to display current values. Seven Pines Software does not operate a server that receives or stores users' Kraken API credentials.

QR scanning

QR content is processed only on the device. QuietTotal does not upload, store, or log QR images or decoded credential payloads.

Authentication

QuietTotal can use Apple's device authentication mechanisms to protect access to the app. Seven Pines Software does not receive or store biometric data.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscription purchases and entitlement verification are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Seven Pines Software does not receive or store payment-card information.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide in that communication. Never send API keys, private keys, or QR codes to support.

Data retention, deletion, and access revocation

Seven Pines Software does not maintain a server-side database of users' Kraken API credentials or Kraken account balances. Saved Kraken credentials are stored locally in the iOS Keychain. A user can remove a saved QuietTotal account from within the app to remove that account's locally stored credentials. A user can also revoke QuietTotal's access at any time by deleting or disabling the corresponding API key in Kraken.

Support messages may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing support@sevenpinessoftware.com, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

Third-party services

QuietTotal sends requests directly to Kraken at the user's direction to retrieve the user's account information and public market data. QuietTotal does not send Kraken API credentials or account balances to advertising networks, analytics services, or a Seven Pines Software server. QuietTotal is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kraken.
